William Martyn Baird; b. 1897, in Korea of missionary parents (William Martyn and Annie Laurie Baird); attended College of Wooster, Princeton University, and McCormick Seminary; married Anna Landis Reist; served as evangelistic missionary to Korea 1923-1946; revised the Korean New Testament.
Richard Hamilton Baird; b. 1898 in Korea; son of the missionary William Martyn Baird, Sr.; attended Princeton Theological Seminary; served as evangelist and agricultural missionary in Korea from 1923-1942; also served as a Presbyterian missionary in Colombia, the Carribean, and California.
