Waddill, George Daniel
Variant namesGeorge D. Waddill enlisted in the 3rd Louisiana Infantry Regiment May 17, 1861. Following his appointment as a hospital steward in 1863, he served until he was captured by Union forces. Waddill was paroled at Meridian, Mississippi in 1865, and relocated to Baton Rouge to work as a druggist.
