Rothschild's Department Store (Ithaca, N.Y.)
Variant namesRothschild's Department Store was a family business founded in 1882 as the Boston Variety Store by Jacob Rothschild. His brother Daniel joined him in 1884. Six years later another brother, Isaac, joined the firm, which then became known as Rothschild Brothers. The business was sold in 1980.
