Whaling vessel; out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by James E. Stanton, on voyage from 20 Sept. 1853-30 May 1857 to the False Banks, Callao, On Shore, Galapagos, Coast of Chile, and Juan Fernández whaling grounds; owner-agent: Swift & Allen; built at Medford, Mass., 1842.
