Pearson, Craig Morgan, 1925-1981
Resident of Middletown, Conn.; son of Stella and Ernest Pearson; graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School; joined the U.S. Army in 1943, training at Fort Devens, Mass., Fort Benning, Ga., Indiantown Gap Military Reservation, and other locations in the U.S., and taking part in the Army Specialized Training Program; shipped for England in early August of 1944 as part of Company K, 377th Infantry of the 95th Division which became known as the Victory Division under Gen. George Patton's Third Army.
