Viggo J. Thomsen was employed by the Ford Motor Company between 1932 and 1943. He held a number of postions while associated with the ship fleet at the Rouge plant including marine, watchman, oiler, wheelman, and deckhand. In 1942, he worked for the Plant Protection Department.
