Mairs, Thomas I. (Thomas Isaiah), 1871-
Variant namesThomas I. Mairs came to Penn State in 1901, beginning as assistant professor of animal industry (1903), later becoming director of correspondence courses in agriculture and home economics (1920-1941). He retired with emeritus status in 1941.
