Rhoades, Frank L., 1921-
Frank L. "Dusty" Rhoades was born in Shreveport, La., and attended the Louisiana Polytechnic Institute before enlisting in the Army Air Corps at the start of World War II. He served as a bomber pilot flying a B-24 "Liberator." He graduated from the Louisiana Polytechnic Institute and the University of Oklahoma and worked a variety of positions in the natural gas, aircraft, and petroleum engineering fields.
