Great Northern Terminal Railway Company.
The company was incorporated in January 1917 to build or acquire terminal and transfer facilities to serve GN interests in the northeastern area of downtown St. Paul. By 1918 it built and was operating a freight house at Eighth and Pine streets and 3.32 miles of terminal trackage linking it with GN trackage. The company was disincorporated in 1930, its properties becoming a formal part of the Great Northern.
