Seattle and International Railway Company
Incorporated in 1896 under the laws of Washington State, the company operated a line from Seattle to Sallal Prairie with branches from Woodinville to Sumas, from Snohomish to Everett, and a partially constructed line from Arlington to Darrington. It was deeded to NP in 1901, then stricken from the records of the state of Washington in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
