Ronald Grubb Stansfield
Ronald Grubb Stansfield (b. 1915), sociologist, was the only child of the physicist Herbert Stansfield (1872-1960) and his wife Edith Grubb. He matriculated at Clare College, Cambridge, in 1933, and was awarded his B.A. in 1936, and M.A. in 1940.
