Countryman, Theophilus Russell, 1857-1949.
T. R. Countryman was a mining engineer who worked as a member of an engineering group which surveyed the Mexican national railroad in 1881. He later worked on surveys for for the Eastern railway in Uruguay, South America in 1889. In 1891, he returned to the United States and established a civil and mining engineering practice in the gold mining district of Cripple Creek, Colorado.
