Hundley family.
Members of the Hundley family apparently were farmers in Stokes County, N.C. John H. Hundley enlisted in Company C, 21st North Carolina Infantry Regiment (North Carolina Troops) on 4 August 1862. During most of his enlistment, Hundley was incapacitated by an unspecified, but apparently preexisting, condition. He died in August 1863 while on furlough.
