The activities sponsored by the club are well documented in the 'club' pages of the San Antonio Express-News and the former San Antonio Light .

The club has owned two clubhouses, the first on Camden Street, and the current clubhouse on San Pedro, the Woodward House, which is both a state and national landmark. Through meetings, luncheons and community involvement, the Woman's Club provides members with opportunities for friendship, exchange of ideas, professional networking and philanthropy. As of January 1996, the Woman's Club continues to meet and engage in community activities in San Antonio.
