Hobart E. Molin was a United States (U.S.) Army soldier. Captain Hobart E. Molin joined the Minnesota National Guard, 34th Infantry Division, 125th Field Artillery Battalion, D Battery, in 1937 which was inducted into federal service in 1941 and stationed at Camp Claiborn, Louisiana. Molin was then assigned to the 194th field Artillery Battalion and finally to the 65th Armored Field Artillery Battalion which was his unit overseas.
