Mobile Tricentennial, Inc.
Mobile Tricentennial, Inc. was formed in 1994 and tasked with planning the events and celebrations. At the time celebrations began, the group consisted of two paid staff members, six officers, and sixteen board members. Jay Higginbotham served as chairman of the group until the selection of Ann Bedsole as president in 1998.
