Erie County Savings Bank
The Erie County Savings Bank opened for business on Sept. 1, 1854. Since 1893 the Bank has been located at Main, Niagara, Pearl and Church Streets. Erie County Savings Bank merged with 3 other institutions to form Empire Savins in August of 1982.
