Kesterson Lumber Company.
The company leased a land tract from GN in 1929, on which it constructed a sawmill partially financed by GN. GN was the carrier of lumber produced at the site. The GN interest in the property was managed by its subsidiary, the Washington and Great Northern Townsite Company.
