Span, Murray.
Murray Span was a United States (U.S.) soldier in WWII. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Span of the Bronx, New York. He served as a private and corporal in Cannon Company and Headquarters (HQ) Company, 399th Infantry Regiment. He was also company clerk in both units. Span was Jewish.
