Westchester County (N.Y.). Planning Dept.
The location of Interstate 684 (originally called Interstate 87) was a major controversy in Westchester County in the 1960's. The Planning Department took a position against the route selected by the Federal government. In 1967, the Commissioner of Planning (Sy Schulman) appeared in litigation over this road. These are Commissioner Schulman's files.
