Stella Harris Oaks was born to Silas Albert Harris and Chasty Magdalene Olsen Harris on July 27, 1906, in Provo, Utah. On June 14, 1929, she married Lloyd Edress Oaks. They had three children. Lloyd died of tuberculosis on June 10, 1940. Stella died January 8, 1980, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
