Deboard, Joel Franklin, 1836-1919.
A White County, Illinois farmer, Deboard served three years (August 1861-August 1864) in Company G, 29th Illinois Infantry. He was also a Methodist and Congregational minister. He and his family moved to Howell County, Missouri in 1876.
