Kershner, Merrill F.
Merrill (Fred) Kershner, of Boyne City, Mich., served in the 576th Ambulance Company, U.S. Army, during World War II. He was taken prisoner by Germans in Sept. 1944 and was confined for 8 months in Stalag 7A, Moosburg, Germany.
