Fraser, Donald C., 1913-1973.
Donald Fraser was born at Fargo, N.D. where he grew up. Her married Irene Graber in 1938. In 1941 his North Dakota National Guard unit was activated and he served in the European Theater, rising to the rank of major. He served in the 188th Field Artillery. He returned to Fargo and also served in the Korean War. In 1951 he was appoined Fargo Postmaster and retained the appointment until 1971. He died Oct. 5, 1973 at Fargo.
