Cruise, Edgar A. (Edgar Allen), 1899-1990
Variant namesEdgar Allen Cruise was born March 20, 1899, in Hebron, Nebraska. He received his commission as ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1922, and was later promoted to captain in April 1943. He achieved the rank of rear admiral in April 1949 and retired in May 1964. Cruise died February 10, 1990.
