Sharp, Nonie

Sociologist and anthropologist. Nonie Sharp worked with northern Australia's indigenous coastal peoples for many years. She obtained her PhD in 1985 and taught sociology and anthropology at La Trobe University, Melbourne. She first met Judith Wright in 1981.
