Biographical note: Arizona State Legislator; Scott Alexander was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, for District 13, in 1964 and later to the Arizona Senate in 1970 where he served until 1984. During his Senate terms, he served on the committees for Appropriations, Natural Resources, and Public Health and Welfare.
