Pullan, Charles
Variant namesBarbara Lucille Hall (1930- ) is a Mormon woman who was raised in Monroe, Utah and later moved to Grantsville, Utah. Hall was married to Marvin Pullan from 1952 to 1963, and to Eugene Pulver from 1980 to 1983. She raised four children, attended Brigham Young University, and taught school in Monroe and Grantsville.
Charles (Chuck) Pullan is the son of Barbara Lucille Hall. He grew up in Utah.
