Edward Burns Quigley (1894-1984) was a Western artist and sculptor.

He painted murals for Irvington School and Wanapum Dam. He also served as a Sergeant in the American Expeditionary Forces in France during World War I. In 1984 he received the Cowboy Hall of Fame Trustees Award.
