Shute, J. Ray. (John Raymond), 1904-1988
Variant namesJohn Raymond Shute was a Unitarian layman and mayor of Monroe, North Carolina. He was director of the American Unitarian Association from 1956 to 1959 and editor of the Christian Register from 1950 to 1953.
