Columbia Basin Irrigation League.
The Columbia Basin Irrigation League was a group of boosters from the Spokane Washington Chamber of Commerce that backed the pumping plan. They were active regional and national promoting the Columbia Basin Project. They published many pamphlets and wrote letters promoting the adaption of the plan.
