Lawyer and Seattle Jewish community leader. Born in 1918 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Oseran moved with his family to Seattle in 1919. He received his law degree at the University of Washington and became a practicing attorney. Oseran served as president for the Seattle Anti-Defamation League, Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle, Hillel Foundation, Jewish Family Service, and Temple de Hirsch-Sinai.
