Spokane and Seattle Railway Company
Incorporated in 1896 under the laws of Washington State, the company acquired the portion of the main line of the Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern Railway Company between Spokane and Davenport (Wash.) in 1896. It was deeded to NP in 1899-1900, then stricken from the records of the state of Washington in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
