Beth Martenson Evans (1922-1983) was a military recruiter and interior designer in Utah and New York.

Beth Mortensen Evans was born on June 21, 1922 in Elwood, Utah. She graduated from University of Utah. She then went to Washington D.C. as a government employee, recruiting women for the Marine Corps where she was used as a poster model, and also made motion picture films for recruiting women. She married Howard Evans on April 28, 1945 and they moved to New York City. Evans went to work for the New York Tribune on the cable desk and attended New York University where she received a degree in Interior Design. Beth and Howard opened a store that they ran for ten years. She also participated in the Powder Puff Derby, where she flew airplanes. Evans died on January 11, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
