Davis, Hayne, 1868-1942
Variant namesHayne Davis (1868-1942) was a North Carolina native, New York lawyer, and writer active in promoting international political organizations. He was legal adviser to the Colombian legation in the United States, 1904-1912, and founder of the American Peace and Arbitration League.
