Oscarson, Roger O.

Mr. Oscarson was deeply involved with the Northwest Mining Association (NWMA) from 1936, serving as a director, secretary and president (1939-1940). Starting in 1943, he served with the War Production Board (WPB) and the National Resources Planning Board in Spokane. Following WWII, he served with the Civilian Production Administration (CPA) for 2 years.
