Zimmerman, Arthur C., 1909-2000.
Social worker in McLean County office of the Illinois Emergency Relief Commission (1933-1938) and at the state level for the Illinois Public Aid Commission (1939-1942 and 1945-1974). Directed the first statewide administrative and case review and later served as the chief of the Bureau of Resources and Child Support.
