The Office ofthe Chancellor retains authority in faculty and EPA personnel, student matters, contracts, leases and other agreements, and the acquisition and disposition of property. Duties include, but are not limited to, the establishment of admissions policies, administration of scholarship and financial aid, appointment of tenure-track faculty positions, head coaches and the athletic director, administration of intercollegiate athletics, regulation of student activities and conduct, and maintainence of campus security.
