Fackler, Calvin Morgan, 1872-1948.
Calvin Morgan Fackler was a local historian and author from Danville, Kentucky. His works included EARLY DAYS IN DANVILLE; A CHRONICLE OF THE OLD FIRST, about the Presbyterian Church in Danville; and many pamphlets and newspaper articles. In the 1920s he worked as an abstractor of land titles for the Kentucky Utilities Company. In the 1930s he served as district supervisor of the Writers' Project for the Work Projects Administration.
