White, Cynthia L. (Cynthia Leslie)

Cynthia White is a 1980 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. In 1984, she began working at the City of Philadelphia Law department in the tax unit. In 1996 she was promoted to Chief Deputy City Solicitor. In January 2004, she will serve as the next president elect for the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, a pro bono organization
