Blakeney, T. O.,
Colonel T. O. Blakeney graduated from Louisiana State University in 1939 and received a Regular Army commission in 1940, commanding a tank company. He served in North Africa and Italy during World War II, then in Alaska, Germany, Alabama, and Vietnam. He retired in 1967 when serving as Commandant of Cadets at LSU.
