Lucille K. Wooddy Cartwright was the niece of Charles Henry McColloch.
Claude C. McColloch was a Portland, Or. lawyer who was elected as judge to the U.S. District Circuit Court in 1937. Charles Henry McColloch (1861-1950), Claude's father, also served as a U.S. District Court judge in Baker County, Or. from 1924-1942.
