New Jersey Stock Exchange.
The New Jersey Stock Exchange was founded in 1933 in response to a bill concerning tax on stock transfers which was passed by the New York City Board of Aldermen.
The bill was vetoed by the Mayor and the New Jersey Stock Exchange never became active and was dissolved in 1958.
