Brown, Latham A., b.1830.
The schooner Odd Fellow sailed from New London, Connecticut, on February 3, 1849, under Captain Stanton (later listed as Captain Daniel Stoddard). The ship sailed by way of the Straits of Magellan and arrived in San Francisco on July 2. The Odd Fellow was used up and down the California coast until the 1860s, when she was "sold to foreigners."
