Babcock, Howard Orville, 1892-1971.

Howard O. Babcock graduated from Niagara Falls High School and Cornell University Law School. After working as an attorney for two years, he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1917. Following the war, he returned to New York to resume work as a lawyer. In the 1920s he became active in the brokerage business. He lived in Buffalo and was active in civic life. He also was a trained pianist.
