Taylor, Jared D.
Bisbee and Tombstone attorney, U.S. Land Commissioner, and active Republican; he arrived in Bisbee in 1906 and established a law practice. He was appointed U.S. Land Commissioner in 1909 and served until 1920 while maintaining his law practice. During 1923, he moved from Bisbee to Tombstone an continued to practice law on a smaller scale into the 1940s.
