St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company.

Incorporated in 1857 as the Minnesota and Pacific Railroad Company (which forfeited its rights and franchises in 1860-61), it was reorganized in 1862 as St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, before being purchased by the St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Manitoba Railway Company, in 1879. It operated a line in Minnesota from St. Paul to Breckenridge, with branch lines from St. Anthony (i.e., Minneapolis) to Sauk Rapids, and from St. Cloud to Barneseville.
