Campbell, William Henry, 1883-1957.
Arrived in WA in the early 1900s and worked in Boulder. Recognised by the Royal Humane Society for his attempt to rescue a boy from a shaft in Parkestown in the Kalgoorlie area. Later worked in Fremantle and on various state ships, before moving to Pemberton as one of the original settlers on No. 8 Group Settlement, 1921-1953.
