Folsom, David W.
Variant namesRichardson was the first colonel of the 19th regiment of the New Hampshire militia created from a division of the tenth regiment in 1780. David Folsom was the second major of the same regiment. Major Palmer may be Jonathan Palmer of Wakefield, N.H. who was appointed as first major of the 19th regiment in 1781.
