Cornell University. Cooperative Extension. Handivan.
Started in April 1979 and funded by Citibank, the Handivan was a traveling education program in New York City, that taught tenants and homeowners how to maintain and repair their homes. Its bilingual staff worked for Cornell University's Cooperative Extension.
